摘要
新基建、智慧城市的发展需求一方面牵引了新型智慧灯杆设施建设投入,另一方面也对庞大的存量路灯资产升级利用提出了新的挑战,尤其考虑安全及经济性。安全、低耗、可靠的低压直流供电系统为智慧灯杆上不断直流化的终端用电设施提供新的供电解决方案。本文对比了交直流系统在潮湿环境下的人体电流效应差异、探讨了低压直流系统配电电压确定的原则、不同接地系统的电击安全防护性能,并提出了存量路灯智慧化改造低压直流供电方案。该直流供电方案充分利用现有道路电缆设施,可提供两个独立的回路,同时满足照明设施和5G基站供电的需求。
The development of smart city and new infrastructure promotes the upgrading of traditional lamp posts,most of the terminal facilities on which is DC powered.Low Voltage Direct Current(LVDC)distribution systems is a safe,effective and reliable solution for the smart lamp posts.Firstly,this paper discusses the determination standard of Low-voltage DC system,and the protection performance against electric shock in three ground protection systems.Then,the low-voltage DC power supply scheme for smart street lamps reformed from existing facilities is introduced.The proposed DC power supply network offers provide independent circuits to satisfy the power supply of lighting facilities and 5G base station,and the existing AC cables are fully utilized.
