乳房假体包膜雌激素受体表达与包膜挛缩关系的研究 被引量:1

The study of the relationship between expression of estrogen receptor in breast prosthesis capsule and capsular contracture

摘要 目的通过对乳房假体置入术后假体包膜的免疫组织化学分析,探讨雌激素受体(estrogen receptors,ER)与包膜挛缩之间的关系。方法广西柳州市人民医院普通外科选取自2011年6月至2019年12月乳房假体置入术后行假体取出术的患者36例,根据Baker诊断标准分为A组(轻度组)20例,B组(重度组)16例,通过收集挛缩包膜组织免疫组织化学结果,分析ER表达与包膜挛缩的关系。结果B组与A组比较,ER、白介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)呈更高的表达,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。转化生长因子-β(cytokines transform growth factors-β,TGF-β)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组ER、IL-6、TNF-α阳性率均大于A组,而ER的表达与其余指标均呈正相关。结论ER的表达可能与乳房假体包膜挛缩纤维化相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between expression of estrogen receptor(ER)and capsular contracture by immunohistochemistry analysis.Methods From June 2011 to December 2019,36 patients underwent prosthesis removal after breast prosthesis implantation were enrolled.According to the diagnostic criteria,they were divided into group A(mild group)with 20 cases and group B(severe group)with 16 cases.The relationship between ER expression and capsular contracture was analyzed by immunohistochemical results of capsular contracture tissues.Results The expression of ER,interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of transform growth factor-β(TGF-β)(P>0.05).The positive rate of ER,IL-6 and TNF-αof group B were higher than those of group A.The expression of ER was positively associated with the remaining indicators.Conclusion The expression of ER may be related to capsular contracture and fibrosis of breast prosthesis.
