维生素D受体在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与预后的关系

摘要 目的分析维生素D受体(VDR)在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法收集河南科技大学第一附属医院肿瘤科2012年1月至2014年12月手术切除的食管鳞癌组织标本114例及其相应的癌旁组织50例,采用实时定量PCR方法检测VDR mRNA的表达水平,并分析其表达与食管鳞癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果与食管癌旁组织相比,VDR mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VDR mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达水平和性别、吸烟及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。VDR mRNA高表达组与低表达组的中位生存时间分别为65.5个月和22.7个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VDR在食管鳞癌组织中低表达与预后不良相关,可作为食管鳞癌预后的判断指标及潜在的治疗靶点。 Objective To study the expression of vitamin D receptor(VDR)in esophageal squamous cancer tissue,and its relationship with prognosis.Methods The expression of VDR was detected with Real-time quantitative PCR method in 114 samples of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and 50 samples of its surrounding tissues collected in oncology department of the first affiliated hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2012 to December 2014.The relationship between VDR mRNA expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results The level of VDR mRNA was significantly decreased in esophageal squamous carcinoma group,compared with the corresponding paracancer tissues group(P<0.05).The expression of VDR mRNA was related to gender,smoking and lymphatic metastasis in esophageal squamous cancer tissues(P<0.05).The median survival time were 65.5 months and 22.7 months for the patients with VDR high and low expression,respectively.Conclusion The low expression of VDR in esophageal cancer tissues was associated with poor prognosis.And the expression level of VDR could be considered as a prognosis predictor and potenitial therapeutic targets for esophageal squamous cancer patients.
