磷酸改性水稻秸秆和猪粪生物质炭添加对不同土壤吸附四环素的影响 被引量:4

Effect of H_(3)PO_(4) Modified Biochar from Rice Straw and Swine Manure on Sorption of Tetracycline to Soils

摘要 【目的】为明确生物质炭对土壤吸附四环素(TC)的影响,【方法】以两类典型农业废弃物-水稻秸秆和猪粪为原料,通过700℃下限氧燃烧、磷酸改性制备了秸秆生物质炭(RCA)和猪粪生物质炭(SCA),并探讨了二者添加对黄壤土、水稻土以及紫色土吸附TC的影响。【结果】RCA和SCA添加导致3种土壤对TC的吸附平衡时间从2~24 h增加至12~72 h,且导致3种土壤对TC的吸附量增加。此外,RCA和SCA添加并未显著改变黄壤土和紫色土(酸性土壤)中TC吸附量随pH变化的规律,但却改变了水稻土(碱性土壤)中TC吸附量随pH变化的规律。【结论】RCA和SCA添加对土壤吸附TC的影响较为接近,不仅提高了TC在土壤中的吸附容量,而且改变了土壤在不同pH下吸附TC的变化趋势,但具体的变化因土壤类型及性质而异。 【Objective】In order to understand the effect of biochar on the sorption of tetracycline(TC)to soils.【Method】This study chose rice straw(RCA)and swine manure(SCA),two typical agricultural waste to produce biochar through pyrolysis at 700℃for 2 h and modification by H_(3)PO_(4).Then this study explored the influence of RCA and SCA addition on the sorption behavior of TC to different soils including yellow soil,paddy soil and purple soil.【Result】The results showed that RCA and SCA addition increased the equilibrium time of TC sorption to three soils from 2-24 h to 12-72 h and also enhanced the sorption capacity of TC to three soils.Besides,the addition of RCA and SCA did not alter the changing trend of TC sorption capacity to yellow and purple soil(acid soil)with increasing pH,whereas changed this trend of TC adsorbed to paddy soil(alkaline soil).【Conclusion】From these results,it can be known that RCA and SCA has a similar effect on the sorption of TC to three soils.The addition of RCA and SCA not only enhanced the sorption capacities of TC to these soils but also changed the trend of the sorption capacity of TC to soils under different solution pH.It is noteworthy that the detailed influence differed among different soils.
