胸腺蛋白肽粉对人体免疫力的影响

Effect of Thymic Protein Peptide Powder on Human Immunity

目的探讨胸腺蛋白肽粉对健康人群人体免疫力的影响。方法10名健康志愿者,年龄24~43岁,服用胸腺蛋白肽粉,一日1次,连续60 d,分别于服用前、服用后第14,30,60天采血检测细胞免疫指标。结果CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、CD4^(+)CD45RA^(+)、CD8^(+)CD45RA^(+)、CD3^(+)HLA-DR^(+)、Treg、Tc、Tn、Tm的水平升高(P<0.05),CD3^(+)HLA-DR-的水平降低(P<0.05)结论胸腺蛋白肽粉可促进T细胞分化、发育成熟,从而增强人体细胞免疫功能,提高人体免疫力。

Objective To investigate the effect of thymic protein peptide powder on the immunity of healthy people.Methods Ten healthy volunteers,24-43 years old,took thymic protein peptide powder once a day for 60 consecutive days.Peripheral blood(PB)samples were collected before administration and on the 14th,30th and 60th day after administration for the detection of cellular immune indexes.Results The levels of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+)CD45RA^(+),CD8^(+)CD45RA^(+),CD3^(+)HLA-DR^(+),Treg,Tc,Tn and Tm increased(P<0.05),and the percentage of CD3^(+)HLA-DR-decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymic protein peptide powder can promote the differentiation and maturation of T cells,improve the function of human immune cells and enhance the immunity of human.
