国废高白度脱墨浆配抄铜版原纸的实验

摘要 介绍了利用集团公司自产的国废为主的高白脱墨浆(白度75%ISO以上,国废比例80%以上),通过实验应用不同比例脱墨浆替代阔叶化学浆配抄铜版原纸,对纸张强度、色相、尘埃点、浆料滤水速率指标进行对比分析。结果显示,随着脱墨浆配抄比例的提高,手抄片白度降低0~1%I SO,b值下降0.6~1.0,a值变化不大,对白度及b值的影响随配抄比例的提高而增大;尘埃点的数量逐渐增加,0.5~1.0mm2尘埃点总体数量不多,0.2~0.5mm2尘埃点数量比较多;脱墨浆添加比例在10%时撕裂指数上升,20%时撕裂指数不变,30%时降低15%,呈降低趋势;耐折度降低60%以上,降低非常明显,整体下降幅度较大;随着配抄比例提高,混合浆滤水速率逐渐变慢。 This paper introduces the application of self-produced high brightness deinking pulp(whiteness above 75%ISO,the proportion of domestic waste fiber over 80%)to replace hard wood chemical pulp to prepare coated base paper.The paper strength,color phase,dust spots and pulp filtration rate were compared and analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of deinking pulp proportion,the whiteness of hand-made sheet decreased by 0-1%ISO,b value decreased by 0.6-1.0,and a value changed little.The influence on whiteness and b value increases with the increase of blending ratio.The number of dust points increases gradually,among which there’s little dust points of 0.5-1.0 mm2 but more dust points of 0.2-0.5 mm2.The burst index increased at the deinking pulp of 10%,remained unchanged at 20%,and decreased by 15%at 30%.The bust index is reduced significantly when the proportion of deinking pulp is over 60%.With the increase of the blending ratio,the filtration rate of the mixed slurry gradually slows down.
