摘要
分析了广西某厂蔗渣浆的纤维特性、强度等,比较了蔗渣浆纤维与进口废纸纤维的差异,介绍了使用蔗渣浆部分替代进口废纸生产高耐破度箱纸板的工艺。实践表明:蔗渣浆经过打浆处理后,在满足成品纸强度指标要求的前提下,生产200 g/m^(2)高耐破度箱纸板时配比蔗渣浆15%,可降低进口废纸用量17%,一定程度上缓解了因进口废纸供应缺口对生产带来的不利影响。
This paper analyzed the fiber characteristics and strength of bagasse pulp from a mill in Guangxi,compared the difference between bagasse pulp fiber and imported waste paper fibers,and introduced the process of using bagasse pulp to partially replace imported waste paper to produce high burst strength boxboard. The result shows that bagasse pulp after beating can reduce the consumption of imported waste paper by 17% when producing 200 g/m2 high strength boxboard,with bagasse pulp by 15% on the premise of meeting the requirements of the strength targets of finished paper. To a certain extent,it could alleviate the production pressure caused by the shortage of imported waste paper supply.
