摘要
KSY焦油裂解技术(TCD)由延长石油(集团)碳氢高效利用技术研究中心开发,是1种高效的高温循环流化床裂解技术。主要从TCD技术的开发背景、工艺原理及流程、技术特点以及裂解炉结构形式等方面做了简要阐述;简要分析了TCD示范装置的试验工艺数据;结果表明,TCD焦油裂解技术有效降低了合成气中CH4等含碳组分的含量,提高了碳转化率,该技术具有广阔的应用前景。
KSY tar cracking technology(TCD),developed by Hydrocarbon High-efficiency Utilization Technology Research Center of Yanchang Petroleum(Group),was a high efficient circulating fluidized bed cracking technology under high temperature.This paper made a brief introduction on development background,process principle,technical features and the structure form of cracking furnace,generally analyzed the experimental data of TCD demonstration plant.The results showed,TCD tar cracking technology can effectively reduce the content of CH4 and other carbon-containing components in syngas and improve the carbon conversion rate that the technology has a broad application prospect.
