摘要
针对克拉玛依稠油中钙离子含量高的问题,在原油中钙的分布及存在形态的研究基础上,开发出了含有-SO_(3)H基团和-COOH基团的脱钙剂。工业上采用A/O工艺对含有COD高达30000 mg/L左右的原油脱钙废水进行处理,经过5个月的工业化应用,脱钙废水COD含量可降低至200 mg/L以下。
Further to the problem of high content of calcium ion in heavy oil,this paper based on the study of the distribution and existing forms of calcium in crude oil,developed a decalcifying agent containing-SO_(3) H group and-COOH group.A/O process was used to treat the crude oil decalcification wastewater with COD as high as 30000 mg/L.After 5 months of industrial application,the COD content of decalcified wastewater can be reduced to less than 200 mg/L by A/O process.
