聚乙烯小中空吹塑用树脂的生产与应用

Production and application of polyethylene small hollow blow molding resin

针对装置特点和用户需求,在某石化公司全密度聚乙烯装置上生产聚乙烯(PE)小中空吹塑用树脂,树脂牌号为DMDA 5401,产品的熔体质量流动速率为30±5(I21.6)g/10 min,密度为0.956±0.003 g/cm^(3),拉伸屈服应力≥24 MPa,简支梁冲击强度≥15 kJ/m^(2),拉伸断裂标称应变≥350%。5401产品在大庆汇仁塑料完成2 L小中空吹塑制品加工生产,加工性和力学性能均满足用户要求,可代替现有常用小中空树脂共混料,同时减少了掺混的劳动强度。

According to the plant characteristics and users’demands,a full density polyethylene plant of a petrochemical company produced the polyethylene(PE)small hollow blow molding resin,which grade was DMDA 5401,the melt mass flow rate of the product was 30±5(I 21.6)g/10 min,the density of the product was 0.956±0.003 g/cm^(3),Tensile yield stress was≥24 MPa,simply supported beam impact strength was≥15 kJ/m^(2),tensile fracture nominal strain was≥350%.5401 products finished the processing and production on 2 L small hollow blow molding products in Daqing Huiren Plastic Co.,Ltd.which met the requirements of users on processing property and mechanical properties that can replace the commonly used small hollow resin blends and reduce the labor intensity of mixing work.
