全压力液化烃储罐注水系统流程对比

摘要 液化烃易燃易爆,一旦泄漏极易发生爆炸。为避免泄漏扩大,在全压力液化烃储罐底部设置注水设施,在泄漏时向储罐底部注水,形成水垫层减少或避免液化烃泄漏,预防事故的发生。由于历史原因,各企业的全压力液化烃储罐注水系统形态各异,大多存在不同程度的不合规现象,文中通过对规范和2家企业标准的研究,探讨适合企业现状的注水系统流程。 Liquefied hydrocarbon is flammable and explosive,and it is very easy to explode once it leaks.In order to avoid the expansion of leakage,water injection facilities are installed at the bottom of the full-pressure liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank to inject water into the bottom of the tank when leakage occurs to form a water cushion to reduce or avoid the leakage of liquefied hydrocarbon and prevent the accident occurrence.Due to historical reasons,the water injection systems of full pressure liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks in various enterprises have different forms,and most of them have non-compliance phenomena to varying degrees.Through the study of the specifications and two enterprises standards,the paper discussed the water injection system process suitable for the current situation.
