摘要
某公司化工厂气相裂解炉切换对重质燃料油系统造成严重影响。分析燃料油泵入口过滤器经常堵塞,反复切换清理等问题产生的原因,并提出工艺操作的优化方法。对装置进行必要的技术改造,以减少气相裂解炉切换时对燃料油系统的影响。改造后,燃料油系统运行稳定,降低装置操作风险,提高了装置运行效益,实现了燃料油泵长周期稳定运行。
The heavy fuel oil system was seriously affected by the switch of gas cracking furnace in a chemical plant of a company.This paper analyzed the problems of frequent blockage of the inlet filter of the fuel pump and repeatedly switching and cleaning,put forward the optimization methods in the process operation,carried out the necessary technical transformation to reduce the influence of gas cracking furnace switching on the fuel oil system.After modification,the fuel oil system operated stably,reduced the operation risk,improved the operation benefit,and realized the long-period stable operation of the fuel oil pump.
