By analyzing the common fault causes of S_ZorB program control,this paper focused on the characteristics and solutions of the faults of the program control valve response,cylinder and valve internals,discussed the maintenance strategy of ensuring the long lead operation of S_ZorB program control valve,and formulated the targeted preventive maintenance measures according to the fault parts and causes of the program control valve in the last production cycle of a petrochemical company so as to improve the operation reliability of the program control valve.
