全面从严治党背景下大学生党员法治意识及培育路径研究

How to develop legal awareness of college-student Party members under the background of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way

全面从严治党须提升党员法治素养,而大学生党员是法治中国建设的人才基础,大学生党员的成长关系到全面推进依法治国与从严治党,关系到国家人才培养的重大使命。在全面从严治党的背景下,厘清大学生党员法治意识的构成要素、理论支撑与价值,剖析当前大学生党员法治意识培育所存在的法治知识薄弱、法治信仰不坚定、法治实践较少等问题,从课程教学、校园环境、社会实践三个方面入手,探索大学生党员法治意识培育的具体路径,坚定大学生党员的法治信仰。

Strictly governing Chinese Communist Party in an all-round way should enhance the party members’ legal accomplishment. As the talents foundation for the construction of Chinese rule of law, college student Party members’ growth is related to the comprehensive promotion of law-based governanceand strict Party governance, and also related to the major mission of the national talents training policy. Under the background of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor, this research clarifies the components, theoretical foundation and value of college student Party members’ legal consciousness. It focuses on the problems occurring in the process of cultivating college student Party members’ legal consciousness, such as weakness in knowledge of law, lack of legal belief, less practice of rule of law. In addition, it aims to explore specific path of cultivating college students Party members’ legal consciousness and help them stand firm in their legal faith from the following three aspects: curriculum and teaching, campus environmental education, and social practice.
