摘要 乡村卓越教师课程能力指教师成功实施课程活动过程中所具备的个性心理特征和主观条件,直接影响课程的实施效果,决定课程活动成功与否的能动力量和心理倾向,具有主体生成性、实践反思性、动态情景性和循环发展性特征。课程理解决策能力、课程设计组织能力、课程实践反思能力和课程批判建构能力构成乡村卓越教师关键课程能力。 The curriculum ability of the teacher of excellence in rural areas refers to the personality psychological characteristics and subjective conditions that teachers have in the course activity successfully,which directly affects the implementation effect of the curriculum,the dynamic power and psychological tendency to determine the success of the curriculum activities,and its essential characteristics are subject generation,practical reflection,dynamic situation and circular development.Curriculumunderstanding decision-making ability,curriculum design organization ability,curriculum practice reflection ability and curricu.lum critical construction ability is the key curriculum ability of the outstanding teachers in the new era rural areas.
