摘要
为了进一步控制薄壁直缝埋弧焊管成产成本,针对L450M钢级、 11 mm壁厚JCOE钢管,在原有的外焊三丝焊工艺基础上,进行了外焊双丝焊工艺试验研究,并对两种方案的焊缝接头形貌及力学性能进行了对比。试验结果表明,外焊双丝焊工艺能更好地满足生产技术条件,同时外焊缝高度得到有效控制,形貌更好。采用外焊双丝焊工艺批量生产的焊管性能统计结果表明,焊接接头性能较外焊三丝焊有所提高,同时焊接缺陷率明显下降。建议从成本控制因素出发,薄壁直缝埋弧焊管批量生产首选外焊双丝工艺。
In order to further control the production cost of thin-walled longitudinal welded pipe,based on the original three wire external welding process,the double wire external welding process of L450M steel grade and 11 mm wall thickness JCOE steel pipe was studied,and the welding joint morphology and mechanical properties of the two schemes were compared.The test results show that double wire external welding can better meet the production technical conditions,at the same time,the external weld height is effectively controlled,and the morphology is better.The statistical results of the welded pipe performance produced by double wire external welding process show that the performance of the welded joint is improved compared with three wire external welding,and the welding defect rate is obviously decreased.It is suggested that double wire external welding process should be the first choice for the mass production of thin wall steel pipe from the cost control factors.
