摘要
为了解决小曲率半径厚壁镍基合金堆焊复合弯管弯曲段堆焊层表面容易出现裂纹的问题,以X65基层+N06625堆焊层、小曲率(R=3D)复合弯管为研究对象,通过优化弯制过程中的加热温度,确定了更为合理的工艺参数,并对按照此工艺制造的堆焊复合弯管的堆焊层及其理化性能进行了检测。结果表明,950℃为最佳弯制温度,在此温度下,该工艺所制造的堆焊复合弯管弯曲段堆焊层表面无裂纹,产品的无损检测结果和力学性能完全满足相关要求。
In order to solve the problem of cracks on the surface of surfacing layer in the bending process of small curvature radius thick-walled nickel-based alloy surfacing clad pipe bend,taking X65 base+N06625 surfacing layer and small curvature(R=3D)clad pipe bend as the research object,by optimizing the heating temperature in the bending process,more reasonable parameters are determined,and the relevant performance of the surfacing clad pipe bend manufactured according to this process is tested.The results show that there is no crack on the surface of the surfacing layer of the bending section of the clad pipe bend at 950℃,which is the best bending temperature.The nondestructive testing results,mechanical properties and other results of the product fully meet the relevant requirements.
