摘要
城市发展是不断积淀的过程,建筑是城市的重要载体,既有建筑的装修改造。在城市更新产业发展中日益增多,由于改造建筑陈旧,原始资料大多缺失,三维激光扫描技术在既有建筑装修改造过程中便发挥了数字建造技术的核心作用。它突破传统数据采集的局限性,通过三维激光扫描获取既有建筑点云数据,提高了既有建筑施工过程中测量精度,结合BIM技术的全过程应用,为项目设计、施工阶段提供实景复制的毫米级BIM模型,为项目绿色、节能施工,增强既有建筑的实用性和舒适性,提高建筑能效做有力技术支撑。
Urban development is a process of continuous accumulation and construction is the important carrier of the city.The renovation of the existing buildings becomes more important in the development of urban renewal.Because the renovation buildings are old and most of the original datas are missing,3D laser scanning technology in existing buildings renovation process has played a role as the core of digital construction technology,which breaks through the limitations of the traditional data acquisition.The point cloud data of the existing buildings are obtained by 3D laser scanning,which improves the measurement accuracy in the construction process of the existing buildings.Combined with the whole process application of BIM Technology,it provides millimeter level BIM model for the project design and construction stage,and provides strong technical support for the green and energy-saving construction of the project,enhancing the practicability and comfort of the existing building,and improving the energy efficiency of the building.
