Construction Technology of Mosaic Tile Composite Bottom of Fine Decoration Project at Beijing Sunrise Oriental Hotel

北京日出东方酒店精装工程位于北京市怀柔区雁栖湖生态发展示范区。本工程公共卫生间墙面设计初始为山脉状墨水画似的马赛克粘贴墙面。采用传统的马赛克粘贴技术不能满足平整度、粘贴强度以及后期观感质量效果。经过深化后采用瓷砖复合即马赛克在工厂进行排版分色成型工作并进行编号,统一调整为300×300的标准块,并在其背面粘贴一块瓷砖,使其粘贴直接按照瓷砖粘贴工艺进行即可达到质量要求。后续对马赛克进行填缝处理,打磨结晶。使整个墙面融为一体,效果极佳。该项工艺改良之后可直接采用瓷砖粘贴技术,降低了施工难度,保证了质量观感;马赛克排版分色等工作在工厂中进行,节约了时间。

Beijing Sunrise Oriental fine decoration project is located in Yanqi Lake Ecological Development Demonstration Area in Huairou District of Beijing.The wall design of the public toilet in this project is initially a mosaic paste wall with mountain like ink painting.The traditional mosaic paste technology can not meet the quality effect such as flatness,paste strength and aesthetic appearance.After deepening,ceramic tile composite is adopted,that is,mosaic is used for typesetting,color separation,forming and numbering in the factory,which is uniformly adjusted to 300×300 standard block,and a ceramic tile is pasted on the back,so that it can be pasted directly in accordance with the tile pasting process to meet the quality requirements.The mosaic was filled and polished afterwards,which makes the whole wall with integrated and excellent effect.After the improvement of the process,the tile pasting technology can be directly used,which reduces the construction difficulty,ensures the quality impression and saves time because the mosaic typesetting and color separation are carried out in the factory.
