装修改造工程中双排悬跨脚手架的应用

摘要 新型模块式脚手架目前在国内应用已较为广泛,此类架体具有结构科学、经济环保、使用周期长、安全可靠的优点,但一般均用于搭设满堂红脚手架和操作平台,搭设跨度有限,一般不会超过两根立杆最大间距6m的距离,极少有大跨度的架体出现。本文详细总结了中关村论坛会场改造工程中创新设计的脚手架的悬跨构造应用经验,该悬跨脚手架实现净跨度达16.5m的架体构造,且两端支座部位存在高低差,整个架体为斜向搭设,成功解决了现场搭设施工平台与平台下方自动扶梯保护相冲突的难题。本技术在类似的装饰改造工程中有很好的推广应用价值。 New modular scaffolding has been widely used in China,which has the advantages of scientific structure,economy and environmental protection,long service life,safety and reliability.But it is generally used for erecting full house scaffolding and operating platform,and the erection span is limited that will not exceed the maximum distance of 6m between the two poles,so that there are very few large-span frames.This article summarizes in detail the application experience of the innovatively designed suspension structure of the scaffold in the renovation project of the Zhongguancun Forum.The suspension scaffold realizes a frame structure with a net span of 16.5m,and there is a height difference between the two ends of the support.The entire frame is the oblique erection which has successfully solved the problem of conflict between the on-site construction platform and the protection of the escalator under the platform.This technology has very good promotion and application value in similar decoration renovation projects.
