超高层办公楼装饰装修施工关键技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Key Technologies in Decoration of Super High-rise Office Building

《民用建筑设计统一标准》GB 50352-2019第3.1.2条规定,建筑高度大于100.0m为超高层建筑,超高层建筑是经济发展和科技进步的产物,近几十年来,超高层建筑呈现飞速发展的迹象,一座座高楼如雨后春笋般拔地而起,超高层的摩天大楼已经成了很多城市的新地标。某地铁线网中心为中国地铁系统内钢结构第一高楼,建筑高度达150.3m,是当地地铁的重要组成部分,是地铁运营的大脑和中枢。此项目作为典型的超高层办公综合楼,集中体现了超高层办公楼的常见技术问题,针对此项目归纳汇集了超高层办公楼装饰装修施工的各项实用施工技术,为类似项目总结了宝贵经验。

According to Article 3.1.2 of Unified Standard for Design of Civil Buildings(GB 50352-2019),the building height above 100 meters is a super high-rise building.The super high-rise building is the product of economic development and technological advancements.In recent decades,the super high-rise building has shown signs of rapid development.Super high-rise offices have mushroomed all over the city,and have become the new landmarks of many cities.The subway network center,which is constructed by our company,is the tallest steel structure building in China’s subway system,with a building height of 150.3m.It is an important part of the local subway as well as the brain and center of subway operation.As a typical super high-rise office building,this project embodies the common technical problems of super high-rise office building.Aiming at this project,this paper summarizes the practical construction technologies of decoration construction of super high-rise office building,which could provide valuable experience for similar projects.
