Process Standard of Stone Grinding and Crystallization

随着我国的城市建设及基础设施的大量兴建,石材成为装饰行业的主要材料,并获得了突飞猛进的发展,石材几乎成为近年电梯厅和大堂等重要部位的必然选择,目前我国石材产量和使用量居世界首位。但许多工程的石材在加工、施工安装过程中出现了一定的问题,如大面有明显波浪、石材接缝高低差、板面光泽度低、清晰度差、接缝处补胶有色差、补胶不到位、黑缝等质量缺陷,带有一定的普遍性,而许多石材生产厂家、建筑装饰公司在石材需要护理方面意识不强。本课题的研究,通过现有规范、行业惯例和施工经验,整合出一套切实可行的石材研磨结晶施工工艺标准;着重从石材研磨结晶用料、机器设备,技术方案入手,特别要解决目前施工中存在的质量缺陷。通过严格控制研磨结晶施工,严格按既定工序施工,有效地防止研磨结晶质量的问题发生。

With the massive urban and infrastructure construction,stone has become the main material of the decoration industry and has achieved rapid development.Stone has almost become an inevitable choice for important parts such as elevator halls and lobbies in recent years.At present,the stone production and usage in China has ranked first in the world.However,many engineering stone materials have certain problems in the process of processing,construction and installation,especially with several common quality defects such as obvious waves on the large surface,the height difference of the stone joints,the low gloss of the board surface,the poor definition,the color difference of the glue at the joints,inadequate glue and black seams.Many stone manufacturers and architectural decoration companies are not very aware of the need for stone maintainness.
