摘要
油田开发到一定阶段,层间非均质性会导致层间矛盾突出,由于油层的地质特性存在较大的差异,影响实际水驱控制程度,则必须采取分层注水技术。无线智能配水器利用压力或流量波动实现信号传输,达到控制井下配水器开度调整配注量,实施数字化数据传输,不需要人为干预,能极大降低后期作业费用,省时省力。与常规配水器相比,仪器用于井下分层智能注水时效率更高,流量配注准确率更高,对各小层流量采取定期进行测试,掌握该井各层吸水状况及压力变化规律,实现了“注够水、注好水”的注水开发目标,提高了注水有效性,达到了指导油田开发、精细注水的目的。
At a certain stage of oilfield development,interlayer heterogeneity will lead to prominent contradictions between layers.Due to the large differences in the geological characteristics of oil layers,which affect the actual degree of waterflooding control,layered water injection technology must be adopted.The wireless intelligent water distributor described in this article uses pressure or flow fluctuations to realize signal transmission,to control the opening of the underground water distributor to adjust the injection volume,and implement digital data transmission without human intervention,which can greatly reduce the later operation cost and save time and effort.Compared with conventional water distributors,the instrument is more efficient when used for downhole layered intelligent water injection,and the accuracy of flow distribution is higher.The flow rate of each small layer is regularly tested to grasp the water absorption status and pressure change law of each layer of the well.The water injection development goal of“injecting enough water and good water injection”has been achieved,the effectiveness of water injection has been improved,and the purpose of guiding oilfield development and fine water injection has been achieved.
