摘要
液硫中溶解的H2S以及多硫化氢会对液硫的成型、设备的安全以及人员的健康带来不利影响,因此在国内外的克劳斯硫黄回收装置中,液硫在硫黄成型之前需要进行脱气处理。总结分析了国内外主要脱气工艺,并结合某项目重点介绍了空气鼓泡脱气技术的应用情况。
The dissolved H2S and hydrogen polysulfide in liquid sulfur will adversely affect the formation of liquid sulfur,the safety of equipment and the health of personnel.Therefore,in Claus sulfur recovery plants at home and abroad,liquid sulfur is before the formation of sulfur.Need to be degassed.This article summarizes and analyzes the main degassing processes at home and abroad,and focuses on the application of air bubbling degassing technology in conjunction with a certain project.
