摘要
离心式压缩机具有体积小,流量大、运行效率高,维修及保养方便、简单等优点,目前,已经被广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金等现代化工业当中。但是在实际应用中,由于离心式压缩机对气体的压力、流量以及温度变化十分敏感,因此容易发生喘振问题。因此,对离心式压缩机产生喘振原因、危害等进行了分析,并提出防喘振控制技术对策。
Centrifugal compressors have the advantages of small size,large flow,high operating efficiency,convenient and simple repair and maintenance.At present,they have been widely used in modern industries such as petroleum,chemical,metallurgy and so on.However,in practical applications,because centrifugal compressors are very sensitive to changes in gas pressure,flow and temperature,they are prone to surge problems.Therefore,the reasons and hazards of the centrifugal compressor surge are analyzed,and the anti-surge control technology countermeasures are proposed.
