摘要
某海上平台生产分离器水相出口含油浓度超标。一方面,含油污水影响生产水系统、注水系统设备运行效率,另一方面,也影响注水水质,对后期平台提液生产具有较大的阻碍。经过论证发现是生产分离器药剂加注浓度不合理导致。现场通过实验室内浓度实验和现场药剂浓度的调整,最终将生产分离器水相出口含油浓度降至合格,为平台下一步提液生产解除瓶颈。
The oil concentration at the water phase outlet of the separator produced on a platform exceeded the standard.On the one hand,oily sewage affects the operating efficiency of the production water system and water injection system equipment.On the other hand,it also affects the quality of the water injection,which has a greater obstacle to the later platform liquid extraction and production.After demonstrating,it is found that the reason is the unreasonable concentration of medicament filling in the production separator.Through the adjustment of the concentration of the agent on site,the oil concentration at the water phase outlet of the production separator was finally reduced to qualified,and the bottleneck was lifted for the next step of liquid extraction and production on the platform.
