基于二维码技术的化工装置巡检系统研究与设计

摘要 信息技术时代,二维码已成为一种常见信息技术,不仅融入人们日常生活中,也慢慢走向化工领域。在化工行业,化工装置极易受到化学原料的腐蚀,因此对化工装置进行定期巡检是众多化工企业不可缺少的重要环节,但是目前巡检方式还停留在纸质化阶段,存在巡检效率低、巡检记录易丢失等问题。基于二维码技术研究化工装置巡检系统,以通过数字化方式提高巡检效率和质量。 In the era of information technology,QR code has become a common information technology,not only integrated into people’s daily life,but also slowly moving into the chemical industry.In the chemical industry,chemical equipment is extremely susceptible to corrosion by chemical raw materials.Therefore,regular inspection of chemical equipment is an indispensable and important link for many chemical companies.However,the current inspection method is still at the paper-based stage,and inspection efficiency is low.,Inspection records are easy to lose and other issues.This paper is based on the two-dimensional code technology to study the inspection system of chemical equipment,in order to improve the inspection efficiency and quality through the digital method.
