摘要
SIS仪表系统可以提高化工生产过程的安全性,可以有效地对生产风险进行防控。因此,首先从检测元件、执行机构、使用管理、风险评估四个方面对SIS仪表维护方法进行分析,再从系统选型、设备配置、逻辑优化三个方面对SIS仪表操作旁路设计应用进行分析,从而保障SIS仪表系统能够稳定运行。
SIS instrument system can improve the safety of chemical production process and can effectively prevent and control production risks.Therefore,first analyze the SIS instrument maintenance method from the four aspects of detection components,actuators,use management,and risk assessment,and then analyze the SIS instrument operation bypass design application from the three aspects of system selection,equipment configuration,and logic optimization.,So as to ensure the stable operation of the SIS instrument system.
