摘要
基于吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法进行污染土壤样本中苯、甲苯、乙苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯与异丙苯等苯系物含量的测定,针对吹扫时间、解吸温度、解吸时间三项预处理环节的重要参数进行分析测定,最终确定以吹扫时间11min、解吸温度190℃、解吸时间30s作为最佳实验参数,完成土壤中苯系物的测定。测试结果显示,采用该方法测得的土壤样本中加标回收率为99.1%~104.0%,相对标准偏差控制在17.5%以内,将该方法与顶空气相色谱法进行比较分析,造成二者数值差异的根本原因在于苯系物依附的介质与实验条件等。
Based on purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the content of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,meta-xylene,o-xylene and cumene in contaminated soil samples,according to the purge time,The three important parameters of desorption temperature and desorption time were analyzed and determined.Finally,it was determined that the purge time of 11min,the desorption temperature of 190℃,and the desorption time of 30s were the best test parameters to complete the determination of benzene series in the soil.The test results show that the recovery rate of standard addition in the soil samples measured by this method ranges from 99.1%to 104.0%,and the relative standard deviation is controlled within 17.5%.A comparative analysis of this method and headspace gas chromatography results in both The fundamental reason for the difference in values lies in the medium and experimental conditions on which the benzene series are attached.
