摘要
采用原子荧光谱法,检测了赣州市3个油茶基地土壤、根、茎及叶片中硒的含量。结果表明:油茶基地土壤中均含有一定量的硒;硒在迁移过程中,随着距离的增大,含量迅速下降;根和茎中硒的含量基本相同,叶片中硒含量最低;可以通过适当途径提高土壤中的硒含量,从而生产高品质的富硒赣南茶油。
The content of selenium in the soil,roots,stems and leaves of 3 Camellia oleifera bases in Ganzhou City was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the soil of Camellia oleifera base contained a certain amount of selenium;during the migration process,the selenium content decreased rapidly as the distance increased;the selenium content in roots and stems was basically the same,and the selenium content in leaves was the lowest.The selenium content in the soil can be increased by appropriate means to produce high-quality selenium-enriched Gannan tea oil.
