摘要
2019年中国电信业三大通信运营企业正式上线5G商用套餐,各通信运营企业在5G时代的均衡发展和竞合关系,引起了全行业普遍的关注。目前,通信技术创新持续高速发展,用户规模进一步增加,用户消费不断升级,竞争格局日趋激化,这些都给5G时期的通信运营企业发展带来了严峻的挑战。因此,通信运营企业必须适时调整企业发展战略,以保证企业能够借助其优势,紧抓外部发展机遇,规避外界威胁,克服不足,保持优势地位。
In 2019,the three major communication operators in China's telecommunications industry officially launched 5G commercial packages.The balanced development and competition and cooperation of various communication operators in the 5G era have attracted widespread attention from the entire industry.At present,communication technology innovation continues to develop at a high speed,the scale of users is further increasing,user consumption is constantly escalating,and the competitive landscape is increasingly intensified.All these have brought severe challenges to the development of communication operation enterprises in the 5G era.Therefore,communication operation companies must adjust their development strategies in a timely manner to ensure that they can use their advantages to seize external development opportunities,avoid external threats,overcome shortcomings,and maintain a dominant position.
