当前许多高职院校设置了财务会计类专业,但专业之间沟通不畅,专业群的理念未能落实到专业培养方案中来,院系资源不足,共享不畅。专业群的构建与实施,可以引领与促进产业链的发展,培养具有一专多能式的创新型复合型人才,高职院校品牌优势与溢出效应充分发挥,学校的社会影响力应进一步增强。高职院校需要通过多种途径建立具有自身特色的专业群。

At present,many vocational colleges have set up financial accounting majors,but the communication between the majors is not smooth.The concept of the professional group has not been implemented into the professional training plan,the resources of the departments are insufficient,and the sharing is not smooth.The construction and implementation of professional groups can lead and promote the development of the industrial chain,cultivate innovative and compound talents with one specialization and multiple abilities,and give full play to the brand advantages and spillover effects of higher vocational colleges,and the school’s social influence should be further enhanced.Higher vocational colleges need to establish a professional group with their own characteristics through a variety of ways.
