乡村振兴背景下积极构建农村养老路径

Actively Building a Rural Pension Route under the Background of Rural Revitalization

第七次全国人口普查公报显示,目前我国60岁以上老人数量为264018766人,占全国人口总数的18.70%。其中,65岁及以上190635280人,占全国人口总数的13.50%。和2010年第六次人口普查结果比较来说,10年间,我国60岁及以上人口的比重上升了5.44%,老龄化程度进一步加深。与此同时,“七普”数据显示我国平均家庭户人口为2.62人,伴随着核心家庭占比数量不断增多,城乡家庭养老问题日益突出,在农村地区由于青年劳动力不断外出务工,农村老人的面临的家庭养老问题将更加紧迫,农村老人日益增长的养老需求和农村养老服务供给之间存在着不平衡、不充分的供需矛盾。为解决农村养老的问题,需从家庭、社会、政府三个方面共同发力,形成合力,解决这一突出问题。

According to the Seventh National Census Bulletin,the number of elderly people over 60 years old is 26,4018,766,accounting for 18.70%of the total national population.Of these,1,90635,280 people were 65 years old and older,accounting for 13.50%of the total national population.Compared with the results of the sixth census in 2010,in the past 10 years,the proportion of the Chinese population aged 60 and above has increased by 5.44%,and the degree of aging has been further deepened.At the same time,"seven pu"data shows that our average family population is 2.62 people,with the increasing proportion of core families,urban and rural family pension problem increasingly prominent,in rural areas,rural elderly family pension problem will be more urgent,the growing elderly demand and rural elderly service supply is an imbalance between inadequate supply and demand.In order to solve the problem of rural elderly care,we need to make joint efforts from the family,society and the government to form joint efforts to solve this prominent problem.
