The grass-roots team is the most basic unit of the company's construction and production.With the continuous refinement of the internal division of labor,the completion of any work task requires the coordination of grass-roots team members.Team cohesion is a necessary condition to maintain the existence of a team.It can stimulate the team potential from the inside,and team cohesion directly determines whether the grass-roots project management team can pool all the energy to complete the production task brilliantly.How to improve the cohesion of the team,mobilize the enthusiasm of the members,and carry out effective management is the question discussed in this paper.
