老年肝癌患者手术前后的心理状况及个性特征分析

Analysis of psychological status and personality characteristics of elderly patients with liver cancer before and after operation

目的分析老年肝癌患者手术前后心理状况及个性特征,为此类患者的心理治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2019年8月-2020年8月四川大学华西医院收治的90例老年肝癌患者,均经手术治疗,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQF)评估患者手术前后心理状况和个性特征,并分析心理状况与个性特征的相关性。结果老年肝癌患者术后SCL-90评分均低于术前(P<0.05);老年肝癌患者术后内外向评分高于术前,掩饰评分低于术前(P<0.05),手术前后神经质及精神质评分差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,SCL-90评分与内外向评分呈负相关,与掩饰评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年肝癌患者手术前后均存在严重的心理障碍,且具有内向和掩饰倾向的个性特征。

Objective To analyze the psychological status and personality characteristics of elderly patients with liver cancer before and after operation,and to provide the basis for the psychotherapy of such patients.Methods 90 elderly patients with liver cancer admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from August 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated by operation.Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQF)were used to evaluate the psychological status and personality characteristics of the patients before and after operation.The correlation between psychological status and personality characteristics was analyzed.Results The SCL-90 scores of these patients after operation were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).The scores of introversion and extroversion of the patients after operation was higher than those before operation,and the score of disguise was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of neuroticism and psychoticism before and after operation(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that SCL-90 score was negatively correlated with introversion and extroversion score,and positively correlated with disguise score(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with liver cancer have serious psychological disorders before and after operation,and have the personality characteristics of introversion and disguise tendency.
