低温等离子微创术治疗老年过敏性鼻炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of low-temperature plasma minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in elderly patients

目的探讨老年过敏性鼻炎患者采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗的临床优势。方法回顾性分析2018年9月-2020年8月安徽中医药大学附属六安市中医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的120例老年过敏性鼻炎患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方法对其进行分组对比,对52例对照组患者采用微波术治疗,对68例观察组患者采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗。对比2组治疗前后鼻炎临床症状评分、鼻结膜炎生活质量(RQLQ)评分、鼻阻力、糖精清除时间、炎性因子水平和免疫功能。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后各时间段鼻炎临床症状评分、RQLQ评分、鼻阻力、IL-6、TNF-α与CRP水平较低,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)与CD3^(+)/CD4^(+)水平较高,糖精清除时间较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年过敏性鼻炎患者采用低温等离子射频消融术进行治疗,可明显改善鼻炎临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫功能,临床效果确切,具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical advantages of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in elderly patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 120 elderly patients with allergic rhinitis who admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of Lu’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to August 2020 was conducted.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group(n=52)were treated with microwave surgery,and the patients in the observation group(n=68)were treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The clinical symptom scores of rhinitis,rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life(RQLQ)scores,nasal resistance,saccharin clearance time,inflammatory factor levels and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative rhinitis clinical symptom scores,RQLQ scores,nasal resistance and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP were significantly lower of the observation group,while the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)/CD4^(+)were significantly higher of the observation group,and the saccharin clearance time was significantly shorter of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of elderly patients with allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of rhinitis,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the immune function,and has a certain clinical application value.
