摘要
由于特大连续桥梁在悬臂施工过程中结构内力状态及变形是不断变化的,因此需要对连续梁悬臂施工进行施工控制,保证桥梁结构施工处于安全范围,且成桥线形、内力状态达到设计要求。本文依托石壁村特大连续梁桥,使用有限元对其每一步施工过程进行计算分析,得到施工过程中桥梁的应力、变形结果。另外,现场对该桥的应力和变形进行了全过程的监测,监测结果表明,现场实际监测结果与理论计算较为吻合,说明理论计算较为可靠,通过监控技术手段最终达到设计成桥状态要求,为类似桥梁施工控制提供借鉴。
Because the internal force state and deformation of the structure of the super continuous bridge are constantly changing during the cantilever construction process,it is necessary to control the continuous beam cantilever construction to ensure that the construction of the bridge structure is in a safe range,and the bridge line shape and internal force state meet the design requirements.In this paper,relying on the super large continuous beam bridge in Shibi Village,finite element is used to calculate and analyze each step of its construction process,and the stress and deformation results of the bridge during the construction process are obtained.In addition,the entire process of stress and deformation of the bridge was monitored on site.The monitoring results showed that the actual monitoring results on site are more consistent with theoretical calculations,indicating that the theoretical calculations are more reliable.The monitoring technology finally meets the requirements of the designed bridge state.Similar bridge construction control provides a reference.
