Advance notice registration is a special type of real estate registration,which is of great significance for its right holder to obtain real right in the future.China's“Property Law”established this system from the legislative level for the first time.V arious regulatory documents refined its content and supporting procedural rules.However,existing legal regulations on this system are still not comprehensive enough.The academic and practical worlds also have big disputes on the nature and effects of advance notice registration.Advance notice registration has not achieved its due effect in actual operation.The thesis focuses on the effect of advance notice registration in the enforcement procedure.Starting from the nature of advance notice registration,it analyzes in depth judicial cases related to this subject to provide a reasonable solution.
