心肌梗死患者进行抗阻运动的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 心肌梗死是一种预后不佳的急性心血管疾病。抗阻运动,如提踵,是以增加肌肉力量为目的的系统、科学的运动。抗阻运动作为运动心脏康复的一部分,在心肌梗死的一级及二级预防中有重要作用,可改善心脏功能,减轻肌肉力量减退,提高生活质量,使患者更好地回归工作和生活。本文对心肌梗死患者进行抗阻运动可能获得的益处和机制及其实际应用中的问题进行综述,旨在促进抗阻运动在心肌梗死患者中的应用。 Myocardial infarction is an acute cardiovascular disease characterized by poor prognosis caused by heart failure and other complications.Resistance training,such as toe stand for example,is a systematic and scientific training on the purpose of increasing muscle strength.As part of cardiac rehabilitation,resistance training plays an essential role in the primary and secondary prevention of myocardial infarction.Resistance training can improve cardiac function,reduce muscle reduction,improve the quality of life,and help patients return to work and society.We review the possible benefits,mechanism,and the problems in the clinic of resistance training in patients with myocardial infarction in recent researches and aim at increasing the application of resistance training in patients with myocardial infarction.
