超早期微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的临床价值和对肌力、神经功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨超早期微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的临床价值和对肌力、神经功能的影响。方法:选择2018年6月—2020年6月新乡市中心医院收治的基底节区高血压脑出血患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用开颅血肿清除术,观察组行超早期微创置管血肿穿刺术。比较两组手术效果、肌力分级及神经功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),肌力分级高于对照组,神经功能评分(4.75±1.89)分低于对照组(7.33±2.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超早期微创置管血肿穿刺术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血效果突出,利于增强患者肌力水平,改善神经功能。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultra early minimally invasive hematoma puncture in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia and its influence on muscle strength and nerve function.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,120 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with craniotomy hematoma clearance,and the observation group was treated with ultra early minimally invasive catheter hematoma puncture.The operation effect,muscle strength grading and nerve function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the muscle strength grade was higher than that of the control group,the neurological function score(4.75±1.89)was lower than(7.33±2.06)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra early minimally invasive hematoma puncture in the treatment of basal ganglia hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a prominent effect,which is conducive to enhance the level of muscle strength and improve the neurological function.
