腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年5月间在陇西县中西医结合医院需行胆囊切除术治疗的患者54例,遵循分组对照理论分为常规组和腔镜组,给予不同的手术治疗方案,比较两组患者治疗效率、手术治疗情况及并发症发生率。结果:腔镜组患者治疗效率为96.30%,明显高于常规组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.10,P<0.05);两组患者手术治疗时间相似,但腔镜组患者术中出血量为(50.87±6.04)ml,明显低于常规组,其术后排气时间、下床时间分别为(12.13±3.54)h、(13.62±3.15)h,也明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腔镜组患者并发症发生率为3.70%,低于常规组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.10,P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统开腹手术,腹腔镜手术治疗方式可以有效缩短术中出血量,降低术后各类并发症的发病概率,对远期、近期治疗效果提升都有积极影响。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods:54 patients who needed cholecystectomy in the hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the abdominal cavity group according to the group control theory.The two groups were given different surgical treatment plans,and the treatment efficiency,condition of surgical treatment and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment efficiency of the abdominal cavity group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(77.78%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.10,P<0.05).The surgical treatment time of the two groups was similar,but the intraoperative bleeding volume of the abdominal cavity group was(50.87±6.04)ml,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional group.The postoperative exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed were(12.13±3.54)h and(13.62±3.15)h,which were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the abdominal cavity group was 3.70%,which was lower than 22.22%in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.10,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the amount of intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of various postoperative complications,and have a positive impact on the improvement of long-term and short-term treatment effects.
