肛瘘微创手术治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Anal Fistula

肛瘘是肛肠科常见疾病,属于肛周脓肿的后期阶段,反复发作,难以自愈。手术是治疗肛瘘的主要手段,可去除病灶,减少复发风险。但因肛瘘创面较大,手术治疗时需强调微创性,以尽可能减少肛管括约肌损伤,保留肛门功能,改善患者远期预后。本文就肛瘘微创手术治疗方法作一综述,旨在为肛瘘的治疗提供借鉴。

Anal fistula is a common disease in anorectal department.It belongs to the late stage of perianal abscess.It occurs repeatedly and is difficult to self heal.Surgery is the main treatment of anal fistula,it can remove the focus,reduce the risk of recurrence.However,due to the large wound surface of anal fistula,minimally invasive surgery should be emphasized in order to reduce anal sphincter injury as much as possible,retain anal function and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.In this paper,the treatment of anal fistula minimally invasive surgery is reviewed,in order to provide reference for the treatment of anal fistula.
