记号笔书写润滑度影响因素研究

摘要 研究了记号笔高分子笔头和记号墨水对书写润滑度的影响。结果表明:聚乙烯材料形成的烧结笔头润滑性能最好;聚酯纤维等粘接笔头的曲率设计会影响书写磨损。通过提高笔头孔隙率,获得65%以上吸水率时,书写出墨量充分,对笔头书写起润滑作用。记号墨水的成分特别是表面活性剂对附着力和表面张力的影响研究,发现表面活性剂的加入不仅能提高墨水的附着力,还可以调整表面张力来提高书写手感。 The effect on the polymer nib and the ink on the smooth writing of a marker pen was studied.It is found that the sintered pen nib formed by polyethylene has the best lubricating performance.The curvature design of the adhesive pen tip such as polyester fiber affect the writing abrasion.When the water absorption rate is above 65%,by increasing the porosity of the pen nib,the ink output is sufficient to lubricate the writing,thus improving the writing smoothness.The composition of marker ink,especially the influence of surfactants on adhesion and surface tension was studied.It is found that the addition of surfactants can not only improve the adhesion of the ink,but also adjust the surface tension to improve the writing smoothness.
