高层建筑结构设计存在的问题及优化措施分析 被引量:11

摘要 和多层建筑相比,高层建筑最为显著的特征就是垂直方向受到的载荷量大,水平载荷则来自于风力的作用面积。高层建筑在建筑结构设计中出现问题,会导致高层建筑出现侧移等质量问题的发生,影响建筑的安全性。本文对高层建筑设计的主要特征和原则进行分析,梳理出高层建筑结构设计存在的问题,主要包括抗风设计、抗震设计、消防方面、扭转方面以及超高和受力问题领域存在的问题。高层建筑结构设计存在的问题需要制定以下的优化措施,包括优化抗风荷载作用,提升抗震设计水平,提升消防设计能力,合理设计建筑平面以及优选建筑结构设计方案,以此提升高层建筑结构设计的水平和质量。 Compared with multi-storey buildings,the most significant feature of high-rise buildings is the large amount of load received in the vertical direction,while the horizontal load comes from the area of the wind action.Problems in the structural design of high-rise buildings will cause quality problems such as lateral shifting of high-rise buildings,which will affect the building safety.This paper analyzes the main characteristics and principles in high-rise building design,and sorts out the problems in high-rise building structure design,including wind-resistant design,seismic design,fire protection,torsion,and super-elevation and force problems.The problems in the structural design of high-rise buildings need to formulate the following optimization measures,including optimizing the wind load,improving the seismic design,upgrading the fire design ability,rationally designing the building plan and optimizing the building structure design,so as to improve the design level and quality of high-rise buildings.
