一种无约束混凝土早龄期变形性能试验装置的研制 被引量:2

摘要 为解决目前混凝土早龄期变形试验方法存在的缺陷(试模及润滑油脂对混凝土收缩变形的约束、无法准确测得混凝土初凝前的变形),采用重液悬浮混凝土试件的方法来消除试模对试件的变形约束,研发了一种能准确测量混凝土早龄期变形的试验装置。结果表明:通过该试验装置测得的数据具有一定的准确性。 In order to overcome the defects of existing test methods(mould and lubricating oil restrict shrinkage of concrete,and cannot accurately measure the deformation before the concrete initial setting),a new testing apparatus for early-age concrete unconstrained deformation was developed for using suspension heavy-liquid in eliminating the restriction of mould.The results show that the data by testing apparatus has certain accuracy.
