摘要 纸页的抗张强度可利用系统,实现对纸页抗张强度的预测,避免出现断纸现象,减少能源的消耗。通过对PLS、SVM以及PLS-SVM模型的研究,首先选取适用于实际生产的PLS-SVM模型,然后进行纸页抗张强度在线预测模型的构建方法,最后利用该模型设计了在线预测系统并做了精度和有效性的实验,实现了对于纸页抗张强度在线预测系统的设计。 The tensile strength of the paper sheet can be used in the system to realize the prediction of the tensile strength of the paper sheet, avoid paper breaks and reduce energy consumption. First, the PLS-SVM model suitable for actual production was selected;Then the online prediction model of paper tensile strength was constructed;Finally, based on the model, an online prediction system was designed, and the accuracy and effectiveness of the system were tested. Through the research of PLS, SVM and PLS-SVM models, the design of the online prediction system for the tensile strength of the paper was realized.
