摘要
为研究不同分散方法处理的氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)对水泥基材料力学性能的影响,采用机械搅拌、超声分散、机械搅拌+超声分散3种方法对其进行分散.通过丁达尔光照试验和紫外-可见分光光度试验观测3种分散方法制备的GO分散液的分散程度,并进行水泥基材料力学性能测试、微观结构观测和机理分析.研究表明:机械搅拌+超声分散的分散效果最佳;当GO掺量为0.02%时水泥净浆的3 d抗折、抗压强度分别提高31.4%、11.9%,28 d抗折、抗压强度分别提高24.8%、15.7%.
Three methods of mechanical stirring,ultrasonic dispersion and mechanical stirring+ultrasonic dispersion were used to disperse the samples in this paper to explore the effect of GO treated by different dispersion methods on the mechanical properties of cement-based materials.The dispersion degree of GO dispersion solution prepared by three dispersion methods was observed by Tyndall illumination experiment and UV-visible spectrophotometry,and the mechanical properties of cement-based materials were tested to observe the microstructure and analyze the mechanism.The research shows that mechanical stirring+ultrasonic dispersion has the best effect.When GO content is 0.02%,the 3 d flexural compressive strength of the cement paste is increased by 31.4%and 11.9%respectively,and the 28 d flexural compressive strength is increased by 24.8%and 15.7%respectively.
