摘要
随着我国信息化建设的不断加快,BIM技术在未来的地铁工程建设行业愈加重要.以南宁某地铁站为例,运用BIM技术对项目进行施工管理.施工中应用BIM的可视化仿真技术及信息化管理,开展危险源事故VR体验,制作可视化交底视频,进行机电管线与设备安装的智能定位,利用BIM+技术强化施工安全教育、提升技术交底效果、实现机电安装智能放样.有效解决了地铁车站施工中管线错综复杂、安全隐患多、施工质量要求高、工期紧张等问题,对类似的项目施工具有较高的参考价值.
BIM technology is playing a more and more important role in the future subway engineering construction in China with the acceleration of IT application.This paper takes a subway station project in Nanning as an example in which BIM technology is applied.Visual simulation technology and information management of BIM are applied in construction;VR experience of hazard source accidents is carried out;visualized technical interpretation videos are made;intelligent positioning of mechanical and electrical pipelines and equipment installation is carried out;and BIM+technology is used to strengthen safety training,and realize intelligent lofting of mechanical and electrical installation.It has solved the problems in the construction of subway station,such as the complicated pipelines,numerous safety risks,high construction quality requirements and tight construction period,which may give reference for the project construction.
