新型职业农民是伴随农业现代化进程而出现的一批"爱农业、懂技术、善经营"的新群体,做好新型职业农民的培育工作是提升农民幸福感、构建农业发展新格局和开创乡村振兴新局面的重要举措。因此,从主体教育、职业教育、生态教育和社会服务等维度继续探究优化新型职业农民培育的路径和方法有助于解决培育过程中存在的农民主体意识不强、环保意识淡薄、培训体系不完善和社会保障不健全等问题,对于推动乡村振兴、增强农业农村发展活力具有重要意义。

New-type professional farmers are a new group of "love agriculture, understand technology, and be good at management" who have emerged with the process of agricultural modernization. Cultivating new-type professional farmers is an important measure to enhance farmers’ happiness, build a new pattern of agricultural development, and create a new situation of rural revitalization. Therefore, continuing to explore and optimize the paths and methods of cultivating new-type professional farmers from the dimensions of subject education, vocational education, ecological education, and social services is helpful to solve the problems of weak farmers’ subject consciousness, weak environmental awareness, imperfect training system and unperfect social security, which is of great significance to promote rural revitalization and enhance the vitality of agricultural and rural development.
