摘要
解读和分析脑卒中患者有氧运动推荐意见(AEROBICS2019),包括适宜人群、预筛查、运动测试、运动处方、运动监督等具体推荐意见及等级,为国内开展脑卒中有氧运动提供借鉴和参考。
We interpreted and analyzed the 2019 Aerobic Exercise Recommendations to Optimize Best Practices in Care after Stroke(AEROBICS2019),which provides such recommendations as suitable population for aerobic exercise training,pre-screening,exercise testing,exercise prescription,exercise supervision,et al,with a hope to offer reference for conducting aerobic exercise in stroke survivors in China.
